Fudinow: a POS that keeps going when the internet drops

In a restaurant, three things must always be fast: tables, sales and the kitchen. Everything else comes after.

Fudinow is a restaurant POS: orders, kitchen, payments, inventory and sales in one place. The rule behind every decision is short: tables, sales and kitchen must always be fast, above any new feature.

That's why the POS keeps selling when the internet goes down. On a packed Friday, a shaky connection can't leave the register or the kitchen dead.

In the kitchen, each order splits itself by station — grill, hot kitchen, fryer — and every dish arrives with its own time goal. Cooks see only their part and servers know when it's ready.

Beyond the dining room, the same system takes orders from the restaurant's own web store, the QR on each table, a self-service kiosk and in-house delivery, with no third-party fees. Everything lands in the same kitchen and the same register.
